Mark is a habit streak tracker application for Android and iOS. It is provided by Hasbi Balukea ("we", "us") operating under markyourday.app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mark on your personal device. You may not:
Mark offers a free tier limited to 5 active streaks. Additional features are available through Mark Pro (monthly subscription) and Mark Full (one-time lifetime purchase), managed via RevenueCat and Google Play.
All data you create in Mark is yours. It is stored locally on your device. We have no access to it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Mark uses WorkManager to schedule local notifications on your device. This runs entirely offline. You can disable notifications at any time in the app Settings or in your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your streak data.
Mark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from bugs, or compatibility with all devices. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mark, including loss of streak data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Updates will be posted at markyourday.app/terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP) regarding personal data protection.
